The trials and tribulations of Jo and Bill, parents of two young kids, as they try to make it day to day as a functioning family. Bill’s very judgmental live-in mother and Jo’s large, Latinx Catholic family will never hesitate to let our couple know they’re seemingly screwing up, but Bill and Jo will always have each other’s backs, united against everyone – other parents, teachers, doctors, specialists, coaches, co-workers and, especially, their kids.

Jo steps in as a role model for her teenage niece Marta, much to her strict father Chuy's dismay; while under the influence of post-colonoscopy drugs, Sandy inadvertently professes her love for her first husband, Dave.

Bill and Jo take their niece Marta in after she clashes with her father, while Bill regrets playing matchmaker when he gets wind of Dave’s plans to propose to Sandy.
7. The Weekend
Bill and Jo confirm the universal truth that when you have kids, your weekend is worse than your week.
8. Re-Wedding Crashers
On their 10-year anniversary, Bill and Jo decide to renew their vows, but their overzealous extended family and an approaching snowstorm threaten to ruin the event.
