Rachael Ray’s dream since childhood has been to own a villa in Tuscany. Now that dream is about to become a reality … well, hopefully. This labor of love is not anyone’s idea of a typical Italian villa, but is instead the full restoration of a centuries-old stable without water, electricity, heat or plumbing. This massive structure has been long abandoned, and the entire place is in desperate need of a full structural overhaul and decorative redesign.

1. Cooking Up an Italian Dream
Rachael Ray is setting out to create her lifelong dream of owning a villa in Tuscany. What she purchased, however, is an enormous stable with no plumbing or electricity. So, it's all hands on deck as the construction on this fairy tale Italian dream home is finally underway. The first room to tackle is a large open-concept living room with vintage chandeliers and a hand painted mural of the Tuscan countryside. The clock is ticking until the big anniversary party, and the team begins to worry.
2. There's a Kitchen in Your Bedroom
Rachael Ray's dream villa would not be complete without a spectacular bedroom, and hers and John's is nothing short of EPIC. Michael Murray and crew now need to figure out how to actually create a bedroom suite with a customized double toilet bathroom, a double-sided fireplace, and yes, a top of the line kitchen in the bedroom suite, giving new meaning to the phrase breakfast in bed.
3. Striking a Chord in the Music Hall
What was once a barn is now being transformed into a fully-fledged music hall! Rachael's husband John is a musician and entertaining their guests will be on the menu. But transforming this structure is a feat unto itself. With skyscraping glass, arched doorways and a grand piano that would leave Beethoven in awe ? this space will play the grand host for years to come... if Michael can figure out how to do it.
4. Lettuce, Turnip the Volume in the Media Room
The rolling hills and gardens of Rachael Ray's villa will soon be ready to be the backdrop of a farm-to-table feast. Meanwhile Michael needs to figure out how to get some natural light into what will be the Media Room. So, some walls may need to come down, if he and Rachael can agree on which ones.
5. It's All Fun and Games Until
Constructing the library in the Italian Villa should be one of the tasks making this former stable into a dream home, but a power outage throws Michael and the workers for a loop
6. Can You Dig It
While Michael breaks ground on an exciting subterranean guest room, Rachael's wall go up; these plans may not jive with her villa dreams.
7. Wine-ding Down
Michael and the team attempt to build an underwater wine vault, all the water shuts down with no sign of turning back on.
8. Villa Villa! Celebration Time!
After a lifetime of dreaming about her fairy-tale villa, things are finally starting to fall into place for Rachael and John, but with the most important room left to complete, Michael worries that Rachael won't approve of the kitchen design.
