Thanks to Teru, Miya enrolls at Eihou Girls' Academy alongside Marika and Arisa. Though thrilled to experience school life for the first time, her excitement quickly turns to anxiety when she catches the eye of the school's admired beauty Riru Kazan. Convinced she's somehow offended her, Miya is left bewildered - until Riru unexpectedly appoints her vice leader for their upcoming school excursion.
6. The Inari Family's Daughter
Miya has settled into life at Eihou Girls' Academy, and meets Koyuki Inari, a classmate who has been absent since the entrance ceremony. During summer break, Teru takes the family to the beach. While Marika and Arisa are excited, Miya feels uneasy because of painful memories from the past. Teru's words help her relax, and she begins to enjoy the sea. There, they run into Riru and student council members Homare and Takiko. The group heads to the Kounokura beach house, where Marika and Arisa soon start bickering again.

Summer vacation is over, and the new school term begins. But Miya is absent, sick with a fever. Riru and Koyuki, along with Arisa and Marika, worry about her. As Arisa remembers the day Miya first came to the Kounokura household, Teru and the others care for Miya at home. Feverish and barely conscious, Miya hears a familiar voice calling her name...
