Jamie makes jerk chicken with jalapeno flatbreads for Jazzie B from Soul II Soul and cooks an Indian dosa in his festival camp kitchen. Jamie cooks skewered fish over a fire with his pal Gennaro Contaldo, and sliced beef on hot rocks, before sharing chilli chocolate and churros with Willie Harcourt-Cooze and Norman Jay. 2. Day Out
Jamie cooks beautiful sticky ribs for the Shoreditch Sisters and then smokes succulent prawns and trout in a tin bucket. He also rustles up a breakfast for some people who stayed up overnight smoking meat for a BBQ competition, and is joined by some young pals to help make his messiest, most delicious cake ever. The programme includes performances from The Mystery Jets and The Charlatans.
3. Barbecue
Jamie makes an amazing packed lunch for a festival picnic - a portable chilli - and Jamie and Gennaro Contaldo rack up the fire pit for some spit-roast chicken. Lastly, Jamie gets spicy, serving up awesome Moroccan burgers.
