James travel from coast to coast, cooking and eating everywhere from Whitby to Snowdonia, Bristol to Belfast, and Orkney to Land's End. On the way he cooks classic British dishes alongside some more surprising recipes, all with the best ingredients this small island has to offer. 1. Orkney
James' adventure begins on the Orkney islands. He sets up a mobile kitchen in Stromness to make BBQ scallops and visits North Ronaldsea where the people are outnumbered by sheep.
2. Lossiemouth
James Martin and Nick Nairn continue their Scottish adventure in Lossiemouth where James fulfils a childhood dream and Nick takes part in a fitness test.
3. Blair Castle
James' culinary tour of Britain continues in Scotland with a trip to Blair Castle where they get an incredible tour of the grounds.
4. Edinburgh
James visits the Edradour whisky distillery in Pitlochry where he makes a delicious whisky chicken dish while Tom shares his local knowledge of Edinburgh.
5. Yorkshire
James Martin crosses the border from Scotland to Yorkshire where he is joined by Michelin starred chef Lisa Allen.
6. Lancashire
James continues his British adventure in Lancashire with top local chef Lisa Allen. They stop in Clitheroe and visit a buffalo farm.
7. Snowdonia
James' adventure brings him over the border into North Wales, where he's joined by chef Stephen Terry. They visit Pale Hall to help cook a Welsh lamb dish.
8. Pembrokeshire
James and Stephen head south through Wales to Pembrokeshire. James cooks up his Marloes Sands seafood parcel while Stephen tries his hand at chocolatiering.
9. Northern Irish Coast
James' British adventure heads to Northern Ireland. James cooks up a fish stew on the Giant's Causeway while Paul is searching for Irish gold.
10. Belfast
James and Paul visit Belfast and James sets up his mobile kitchen on the golf course to whip up a tasty dish with bacon, scallops and apples with onion rings.
11. Birmingham
James visits the capital of the balti - Birmingham with food critic Grace Dent. James is inspired to cook his version of a chicken balti.
12. Nottingham
James travels to Nottingham, where he sets up his mobile kitchen in the middle of Sherwood Forest and cooks a Forest Pork Feast.
13. Norfolk
James Martin visits Norfolk with top local chef Galton Blackiston. Galton's fish and chip shop in Cromer inspires James to cook pan-fried cod on the beach.
14. London and Bray
James takes a trip to London, stopping in on Clare Smyth's brand new restaurant and cooking up spiced pigeon breast high up on the rooftops of London.
15. Laverstock and Goodwood
James spends some time in the county of Hampshire. He takes his gun dog Cooper to a training session at Laverstoke and cooks up a partridge dish.
16. Kent
James' culinary tour of Great Britain continues as he explores the county of Kent. He makes his BBQ herring and salsa on the regenerated Folkestone Harbour Arm.
17. Isle of Wight
James travels across the Solent to the Isle of Wight with Lenny Carr-Roberts. James cooks up a dish of Isle of Wight prawns.
18. Bristol
James Martin and local chef Romy Gill visits the vibrant city of Bristol where they explore Wapping Wharf.
19. Devon
James meets up with Michael Caines, a local Michelin-starred chef in Devon. James sets up his kitchen in Michael's vineyard to make a guinea fowl dish.
20. Cornwall
Continuing his British Adventure, James travels to Cornwall with local chef Paul Ainsworth. He takes a trip to Camel Valley Vineyard to cook chicken veronique.
