The entire series is set in a secluded, sleepy town like Matheran and revolves around an old Hotel called HEARTBREAK HOTEL by its employees as love always seems to be unrequited by its visitors.

An angry father torments the doctor responsible for his sons death by kidnapping his daughter.

The perception of love changes for everyone in the hotel when they protect an absconding couple from getting killed by their own relatives.
