During interrogation, the officers discover that he is actually their newly appointed ACP Vetrimaaran. As he takes charge, a woman’s severed head unexpectedly falls from a fish laden tricycle after an accident, adding horror around the town. Vetrimaaran heads to the forensic lab and examines all three recovered heads.
