Jeffrey Maccubbin, better known professionally as Evil Jeff, is an American director, editor, writer and comedian. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he studied painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art before earning an MFA in film from the University of Illinois Chicago and relocating to Los Angeles in 2009.
