Biography
Lauren Morais is a Welsh actress from Cardiff. She trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, developing a foundation in stage and screen performance. Early in her career, she appeared in theatre, including a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Sherman Theatre. Morais has worked in television, including roles in the crime drama Mudtown (2024) for Severn Screen and Alibi, and the mystery series The Red King (2024) for Alibi.
