He was an actor, known for Storm Over Mont Blanc (1930), White Majesty (1933) and Der weiße Rausch - Neue Wunder des Schneeschuhs (1931). He died on 26 July 1977 in Arosa, Switzerland. Swiss champion skier and mountaineer of the 1930's.
