Kim Ji-hwan

Biography

Kim Ji-hwan (b. 1990) is a Seoul-based filmmaker and curator. He holds an MFA in Documentary Filmmaking from the Korea National University of Arts and is the founder and director of Sorigrim, a space dedicated to introducing moving image works in Korea. Moving between film and digital media, Kim’s practice explores the memory of space, beginning with the physical and sensory qualities of film and expanding toward ontological inquiries.
