Joaquin Perocillo (born May 1, 2001) is a Filipino filmmaker from Cavite who lived in Cebu City for 11 years, where his filmmaking journey began. He directed, produced, and edited Cinebuano (2023), a short documentary that won several local awards, including the World Building Award at Montañosa Film Festival.
