Biography

Sanford Jenkins is an Oakland-based artist and filmmaker. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he earned a BA at Morehouse College and an MFA in Film and Television Production at USC's School of Cinematic Arts. His award-winning short films have played at international film festivals including BlackStar, Camerimage, Festival du nouveau cinéma, Filmfest Dresden and Palm Springs, and have been supported by Directors Notes, NoBudge and Vimeo.
