Biography
Swintha Gersthofer (born 1985 in St. Gallen, Switzerland) is a German actress working in theatre, film, and television. She trained at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna, graduating in 2011, and quickly established herself on major Austrian stages. She was an ensemble member of the Landestheater Niederösterreich from 2012 to 2016, earning a Nestroy Theatre Award nomination as Best Newcomer, and has been part of the ensemble at Vienna’s Theater in der Josefstadt since 2016.
