A Ukrainian actor, dancer, choreographer, balletmaster, director and film producer, credited with spreading Ukrainian folk dance across the world. For his unparalleled missionary ardency and his love of Ukrainian culture, he is considered by many to be the "Father of Ukrainian Dance".
