Frank Giustra CM OBC (born August 22, 1957) is a Canadian businessman, mining financier and global philanthropist, who founded Lionsgate Entertainment (later Starz Entertainment) and its film studio Lionsgate Films. He is also the CEO of Fiore Group of Companies and co-chair of the International Crisis Group think tank.
