Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao (born June 21, 1944) is an acclaimed Indian screenwriter, dialogue writer, playwright, director, and actor in Telugu cinema. Alongside his younger brother, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, he forms the legendary Paruchuri Brothers writing duo.
