Hailing from Lucban, Quezon, Rosauro Q. Dela Cruz, also known by his nickname "Uro", was a writer and director for film and television. He wrote numerous screenplays, including "Scorpio Nights", "Virgin Forest", "Unfaithful Wife", and "Once Upon a Time".
