Psychiatric nurse Patrick cares for his handicapped older brother, Matthew, whose traumatic past has left him terrified of butterflies, shaping their difficult, unusual life. Meanwhile, Vincent is thrown into a panic upon learning that his favorite writer has returned to Maravida.
