The story follows Electric Dust Agency, a company renowned for its innovation in the field of memory manipulation – the ability to erase memories and replace them with artificial ones. Its Chief Executive Officer, Mel Isa, champions this new technology as the future of psychotherapy, helping trauma victims rebuild their lives.
